The Creamery

The partnership redeveloped The Old Creamery near downtown Concord and leased it to full capacity. Re-purposed into office and retail space, this 40,000 square-foot former creamery and Coke bottling complex has attracted over 20 tenants and brought new life to the surrounding neighborhood. This landmark project embodies several real estate development principles embraced by Fortius, including historic preservation, urban infill, and smart growth.
