The partnership redeveloped The Old Creamery near downtown Concord and leased it to full capacity. The partnership acquired this 40,000 SF warehouse building on 13 acres in Concord, NC, and immediately leased it to a related operating company for its gypsum operations.

Belt Road

After acquiring this 36,000-SF building vacant in 2007, the partners procured a tenant in early 2008, made improvements to the property and have enjoyed steady cash flow since that time.

Kyle Court

After acquiring this 54,000-SF Gastonia warehouse vacant in late 2016, the partnership leased the property to a local manufacturing company at a competitive rental rate. Amble Drive
